EXHIBITION WINDOW
BOOKING GUIDELINES

  • Cost ~ From as little as just £10 per week in low seasons, £20/25 in mid seasons & high seasons £30 (Valentines, Mother's Day, Easter, Father's Day, School Holidays & the run up to Christmas).

  • Bookings are for one week at a time beginning from Mondays.

  • You may book for more than one week throughout the year but not consecutively.

  • Seagull Window (1st in The Walk) size ~ W 145cm D 75cm H 132cm

  • Sandcastle Window (2nd in The Walk) size ~ W 140cm D 75cm H 132cm

  • Each window has two 4ft grid walls on either side. Seagull has a further two 4ft grid walls and Sandcastle has one at the rear included for your display.

  • Please deliver your stock, display items/props/stands/plinths/blocks, marketing materials/business cards, any specialised sales packaging and full inventory with all pieces priced on the Friday or Saturday prior to your booking if you wish to set upfor you. If you prefer to do it yourself, please be available to do so early 

  • The Artisan Shoppe charges 15% commission on all exhibition sales to cover overheads.

  • All card sales are subject to an approximate *1.7% transaction fee. *subject to change

  • You do not need to be a current shop stockist to hire one of our exhibition windows ~ it's open to all, subject to acceptance by The Artisan Shoppe managers.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking please.

  • Full terms & conditions will be supplied via email on your booking application.

POP-UP SPOT
BOOKING GUIDELINES

In pride of place, at the front of the shop at our exquisite haberdashery counter in the front window,

YOU will be manning your very own pop-up for the day or weekend.

(Sundays only available during a few high season dates - summer holidays for example)

You will showcase all your very own stock, talk to all our customers, promote your goods and take your own payments.

Just like at one of our Artisan Craft Markets.

Free tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits provided.

  • Arrive half an hour before shop opeing to set up.

  • Please bring all your own display items/props/stands/plinths/blocks, marketing materials/business cards and any specialised sales packaging/boxes/bags etc.

  • NO commission is taken by the shop.

  • You do not need to be a current shop stockist to hire the pop-up spot ~ it's open to all, subject to acceptance by The Artisan Shop managers.

  • Dimensions - W 180cm D 60cm.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking please.
